We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Delivery Information
At A&C KIDS, we offer free delivery on all orders over $150 in Australia. For all other orders,You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
- Flat rate for shipping anywhere in Australia: $10
- Express shipping: Flat rate:  $15
- We do ship worldwide. Flat rate: $25 

DELIVERY TIME
We use FASTWAY service for all orders leaving our Balmain, Sydney Store. It usually takes 3-10 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. During busy Sale Periods we aim to keep our delivery estimates up to date however you may experience a delay in receiving your order.

Please note:
Once your order has been dispatched from our store, A&C KIDS is not liable for any delays, damage or losses to your parcel. Any issues that may arise will need to be raised with the associated courier provider.

CHECKING OUT
Ensure that your billing and shipping details are entered properly. If your delivery details are different than your billing details, tick the 'Ship to different address' and enter your delivery details. Please note that we deliver to street postal addresses (no PO boxes) in Australia.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing tracking details on how to follow your order's journey to your door.

CLICK & COLLECT
All Click and Collect orders are processed from our Balmain Store at Sydney for collection. You will receive notification via SMS or email when your order is ready for collection.

CUSTOMS FEES AND DUTIES
Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. These charges are imposed by the destination country and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information.

Is delivery to PO Boxes available?
- No

Delivery on Weekend and Public Holidays?
- Unfortunately your order is not able to be delivered on Weekend and a public holiday.
- If your order is placed on Weekend and a Public Holiday, it will not be processed and despatched until the next business day.
- During National and State specific public holidays or busy sale periods you may experience a delay in receiving your order.

What is Authority to Leave?
- Some postal services will allow you to give authority to leave depending on your region. By doing this you are giving your delivery company permission to leave your order in a safe place if no one is home to sign for your order.
- A&C KIDS will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with the authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and A&C KIDS will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage as a result of selecting to leave your parcel without a signature.

Exchanges & Returns
We would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. We are unable to accept returns for change of mind, fit, colour, or differences in expectation. Please ensure sizes are chose carefully as we are not able to return or exchange sizes. So, if for any reason an item is not what you expected, it can be returned for an exchange or store credit within 15 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds, but are happy to replace any defective products. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted. 

Please note that an item will only be accepted for an exchange under the following conditions:

- Items must be in brand new condition (unworn, unwashed, and unused with original tags/labels attached).  Unfortunately we will not accept any returns that are not in resalable condition. 

- Full Price Items: You may return any full price item/s within 15 days of receiving it for a store credit. A store credit will be issued if we cannot offer a size exchange or suitable replacement at the time of return. Refunds are not available. The store credit will be to the value of your item/s and will exclude the cost of postage.

- Please note: We do not accept exchanges on sale Items, shoes and any accessories (hair accessories, hats, blankets, and baby toys), please choose carefully. 

- Please note: All the exchanges are processed once a week on Monday.

- Customers who received the wrong product, faulty items are entitled to a refund or store credit. We are happy to offer a replacement (if available), store credit or a full refund for faulty items. All claims are subject to our discretion. We will gladly cover the cost of return shipping ($8) for faulty and incorrect items.

- Customers who ordered a product that is sold out are entitled to a full refund.

- Return postage is at the customer’s own expense unless you were sent the incorrect item. Please include a prepaid Australia Post satchel in your return parcel.
- A note with order number included with the return.
- Due to the high volume of orders placed we cannot add items to your order, we cannot apply discount codes or make adjustments or cancel your order after it has been placed, please choose carefully. 
- the discount codes cannot be combined.
- Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to returns and exchanges. 
- Returns will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements. 
- Replacements/exchange will not be shipped until the original order items are returned to A&C KIDS.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. 
- You should always send your parcel with a trackable shipping service or be purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
