PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Please note when purchasing online, colours may appear differently on your mobile devices/computers and may not be exactly true to colour. We try our best to take photos in natural lighting to get the most accurate colour representation however, every device/computer shows colours differently and we are unable to give refunds on products due to the colour it shows on your device. If you are unhappy with the colour of the item you have received we are more than happy to give you a store credit.

QUALITY OF GOODS

Every effort is made to ensure that the products that we supply correspond closely to the samples, images on the website, and any sales collateral. Unfortunately, due to variations in production runs, computer monitor screen differences and printing colour differences, A&C KIDS  can not accept responsibility for slight variations in colour, embellishment or construction.

PRICING 

A&C KIDS won't process orders with pricing errors. All orders with pricing errors will be cancelled. Please note that all sales are final and we are unable to make any pricing adjustments once the order has been accepted.

AVAILIBILITY 

From time to time items that are listed as in stock may in fact not be. A&C KIDS apologies if this situation does occur and will contact you as soon as possible to offer you a refund, or discuss offering you a suitable alternative.

RETURNS

We are unable to accept returns for change of mind, fit, colour, or differences in expectation. Please ensure sizes are chose carefully as we are not able to return or exchange sizes. 

If you have received your product and found it to be faulty please contact us immediately for assistance.  

DELIVERY CHARGES

The delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.

We may occasionally provide special offers and promotions waiving delivery charges in certain circumstances. We reserve the right to vary, cancel or extend special offers and promotions regarding delivery charges.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, once you receive your item you can send it back for a store credit. 

LOST PARCELS AND INCORRECT ADDRESS

We are not liable for any lost parcels if the address you have provided us is incorrect. If you notice the shipping address you have provided is incorrect please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to resolve the issue if possible.

ESSENTIAL CHECKS ON DELIVERY

An adult must be available at the address to carefully check the unwrapped product, sign and acknowledge receipt in a safe and satisfactory condition. 

Please report any defects immediately upon delivery to Customer Services. 

Please report any missing items immediately upon delivery to Customer Services. We can not replace or refund any missing items after 12hrs of delivery. 

TRANSIT DAMAGE

A&C KIDS is not responsible for damage in transit. If your product/s arrive damaged you will need to file a report with Australia Post or the Courier.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount Codes are only applicable to the cost of products and are not applicable on shipping costs unless explicitly specified. Promotional codes are valid for online customers of A&C KIDS (theprincess.com.au). Promotional codes can only be combined with Reward points. A&C KIDS reserves the right to verify the validity of the promotional discount code and may at its sole discretion cancel orders or refuse to fulfil orders where the discount code has been used by a non-qualifying member. Your purchase and delivery are subject to A&C KIDS's standard Terms & Conditions. Additional conditions of use may apply and will be communicated by A&C KIDS.

REWARD POINTS

l Enjoy Reward Points you can actually use. Each time you shop online (theprincess.com.au), you will earn Reward Points that can be redeemed on your next purchase.

l You'll collect a minimum of 1 point for every dollar you spend each time you shop online (theprincess.com.au).

l Every 100 Reward Points you collect will save you $1 dollar off on your next purchase online.

l You can spend your reward points straight away, or save and spend later in multiples of $1 off across eligible purchase.

l Reward Points may not be transferred or sold.

l Reward Points have no monetary value, and can only be used to have a discount when you check out on your shop online.

l Reward Points will ordinary expire within 36 months of 31 December of the year in which the Reward Point was added to a points record. Reward Points that remain unused after they have expired will be cancelled.

l Reward Points will be deducted from your Points Record at the time we received your request to redeem it.

l Reward Points are only applicable to the cost of products.

l If you return, exchange, cancel, or refund products purchased with using the Reward points, youre unable to get the Reward Points back. You will only be credit on your balance you paid.

l Your entitlement to claim Reward Points is based on Points Record in relation to your account. If your account is in arrears, suspension or default, no reward Points will be claimable.

l A&C KIDS reserves the right to deduct and clear your Reward Points if we deem such action to be necessary.

l We may amend these terms and conditions at any time. 

PRIVACY

The personal information that we ask of you is confidential. We do not give out or sell your email address, phone number, or credit card information to any other Companies or Institutions.

RIGHTS

We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us for any reason.
